Thank You Elwyn

MR ELWYN JONES’ TERM AS CHAIR OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR RHIWLAS VILLAGE HALL COMES TO AN END

At the Rhiwlas Village Hall’s Annual General Meeting held on 21-Oct-2021 Mr Elwyn Jones’ term as Chair of the Hall Management Committee came to an end after four years.

The members of the committee, and indeed the villagers of Rhiwlas in general, are very thankful to Elwyn for his tireless work over the years.

During his period as chair the Village Hall saw many changes including renovating the building and an increase in the use of the Hall. He also succeeded in attracting new members on to the committee to ensure a bright future for the Hall.

Although Elwyn is a very busy person as the Vice-chair of Gwynedd County Council, it’s good to know that he is to continue as a member of the Management Committee. Its members will certainly appreciate his experience in the years to come.
